We attended a wine tasting & quiz evening on Friday 20 September at the Shovels, Hambleton where we heard about & sampled your delicious cheeses. Wow, they were so good. We loved that the flavours were very manageable & not too much over the top like some. Also your employee and his partner were very knowledgeable & approachable - a credit for your organisation. Thank you so much for letting us sample the cheeses prior to purchase. We have never heard of Butlers cheeses but rest assured we will be purchasing them from now on.
